Adebisi IYANIWURA ESQ (Managing Partner and Head of Strategy):

 ‘Bisi Iyaniwura, as popularly called by friends and colleagues.

A legal Practitioner and Business Advisory Consultant, with qualifications spanning the Legal and Corporate Finance sphere of Knowledge

He had his first Degree in Law (LL.B), from the not only popular, but also prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, in Nigeria and a Post Graduate Degree in Law (LL.M) from the University of Lagos, another first tier Nigerian University, specialising in Commercial and Corporate Law.

A lover of Knowledge, he has written and delivered many workshop and conference papers both on the local and international arena, on his areas of professional competence.

With a bias for Commercial and Corporate Legal Practice, his core areas of practice includes, international commercial law, transactions, commercial debt recovery, banking and financial law and white collar proceeds recovery.

A public and financial analyst, Mr. ‘Bisi IYANIWURA, aside Legal Practice, is also an entrepreneur with interest in Agriculture, and Publishing.

Mr. IYANIWURA, has over 30 years of post-call practice experience.

Mr. IYANIWURA, is a regular supporter of the small business sector and regularly offers Pro Bono services to Small businesses.

Mr. IYANIWURA, had consulted to the Nigerian government, the Common Funds for Commodities (CFC); the International Cocoa Organisation (ICCO) amongst others.

Mr. IYANIWURA, has in the course of his professional activities helped clients recover large sums of money arising from commercial debt, white Collar crimes and Financial losses arising from Capital and financial infringements.

He is married and blessed with Children.

ORANMIYAN BIOBAKU ESQUIRE-

A Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria was called called to the Nigeriaan Bar in 2001. 

He holds an  LLB Degree from the erstwhile Ondo State University ( Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti).

Had his pupilage at Fani-Kayode & Sowemimo SAN (also known as Sobo Sowemimo & Co SAN) before joining Candid-Johnson & Partners (Ethan & Magdiel), Adeogun Satar & Associates/Global Legal Consult (as Head of Chambers), K.O. Tinubu & Co. SAN.

He was at various times  the Legal Adviser to Real Estate firms such as PK Consult (Project Managers and Clifford Garden Estate Limited [Real Estate Promoters(The Paddocks)].

 He is also external Counsel to various other firms.

Mr. Oranmiyan Biobakun is an accomplished Corporate Law practitioner.

MR STANLEY CHUKWUYENU EDIKE (BSC, ACE, ACA), MANAGING CONSULTANT.

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State,(formerly, Ogun State University),

 He is an Associate Chartered Economist (ACE) of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN), and equally an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).

 He is an expert in Forensic reconciliation/audit.

 He has over 15 years’ experience in the field of accounting covering the Manufacturing and Financial Sectors of the economy. He worked in Corimol Consulting Limited for more than 8 years. Corimol Consulting Limited is one of the leading forensic consultancy firms in Nigeria. He left as the Associate Consultant to form Stayji Consulting.

He is an expert in Forensic reconciliation/review of bank charges.

He is presently the founder and managing partner of STAYJI Consulting.

STAYJI Consulting has help clients recovering over N1, 000,000,000.00 of excess bank charges.

STAYJI Consulting, is BroadStreet Associates forensic Audit Partner.
